Your team will be your key focus, developing their skills and knowledge to make it happen. Be bold in your approach and collectively find solutions to build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Knowing how to build an effective team by fostering open dialogue, working collaboratively and instilling trust, through honesty integrity and sincerity will be one of your main focuses. As you share your knowledge and expertise to up-skill your team in areas such as fund lifecycle including carried interest models.

Compliance and regulations has never been more complex; you’ll need to ensure your team comply and meet our obligations by preparing, monitoring and maintaining robust client files, safeguarding us from potential risks.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years post qualified Accountant or qualified by experience
• Strong knowledge of Private Equity Industry and Fund Administration sector
• Strong Excel skills including understanding best practices in reviewing financial models
• Experience in preparation and review of Financial Statements with notes in US GAAP / IFRS / HK & Singapore GAAP
• Knowledge of Investran (desirable)
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and data manipulation (desirable)
