Job Description

The individual in this role will manage multiple workstream’s and initiatives under the Revenue Protection Function which will look to drive improvements and enhancements to billing systems to reduce the risk of lost revenue across the region. This will include internal review of billing of the regional clients.

The role will play a key role in developing new strategies for identifying situations where revenue is potentially at risk, and ensuring all clients are billed for the services provided. The individual will assist the Senior Revenue Protection Manager with all revenue protection and assurance activities ensuring robust controls are in place to minimise missing revenue.The role will focus on a Project Methodology to drive out a set of recommendations through multiple proposals which will require broader Management buy in before moving to Implementation and Transition. Once recommendations are approved by the relevant forum then a delivery schedule will be developed along with delivery of the improvements that have been signed off.

The role will focus on the Funds and Corporate elements of the Business.

Tasks

  • Use data from different accounting systems to perform comprehensive reviews of billing of the regional clients to identify missing revenue
  • Create several Project documents to support the scope, initiation, recommendations and delivery aspects of the end-to-end delivery cycle
  • Manage the delivery of the Project objectives ensuring that these are delivered to the highest of standards
  • Manage the Project Plan to the agreed timelines and budget on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure that all resources are managed effectively and efficiently, working both with the Revenue Protection Function as well as other resources across Client Services to fully develop the plans along with the delivery of these plans across the region
  • Collaboratively engage with peers across Client Services and other parts of the Business to facilitate both knowledge share and understanding shared challenges
  • Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement programmes across their respective areas ensuring the most effective and quality driven services are delivered to your customers both internally and externally
  • Provide Governance and Oversight of all Project Initiatives across the Clients Services Team
  • Provide support to the Individuals and Teams that will be used to deliver the Project Initiatives
  • Ensure the accurate and timely creation of multiple ad hoc and reoccurring reports to support Management
  • Escalate, Manage and Report any delays in the Project delivery
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the functional areas

Qualifications

  • University Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics or otherwise demonstrable strong aptitude for numeracy or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years in the Private Equity Fund Administration space
  • Atleast 1 year NetSuite experience
  • Excellent English Communications Skill
  • Excellent Excel skills
