Growing with DFK

Our member firms offer flexible employment opportunities, rapid career advancement and satisfying and rewarding careers.

Learning and development

Our national and regional groups provide leadership and development training opportunities where young people from across the DFK membership can come together and share their ideas and connect with our next generation leadership. For DFK, investing in people is not a tagline; its our future.

We also provide exchange opportunities, where staff working in member firms can take a secondment with a member in another city, state or country. Recent examples have included staff exchanges between Vietnam and Australia, and between Croatia and Ireland.

And a number of DFK member firms also enjoy ACCA Approved Employer status, providing further assurance that ACCA students and members will be able to gain the training and experiences they need to further their careers as global finance professionals

DFK in the Community

DFK members know the importance of supporting their local communities. Some examples of the ways in which DFK members get involved in giving back to their community include:

DFK ANZ has for many years maintained a strong relationship with Ronald McDonald House Charities throughout the Australia and New Zealand region. As well as raising significant funds, partners and staff from each member firm in the group volunteer to spend time at an allocated House to help prepare meals and support the families of sick children.

Movember: Each November, DFK members from around the world get involved in raising awareness of men’s health by joining the Movember campaign and have raised over $500,000 since DFK first got involved in the initiative nine years ago.
