Graduate Programmes

CBW’s training and development approach includes structured on-the-job training, academic study, shadowing of colleagues and mentoring. Our ACA and ACCA Graduate Recruitment Programme have been running for over a decade and has successfully guided many graduates towards qualification. We’re also committed to investing in training for other key areas of the business, such as marketing and finance, and have helped people change the direction of their career.

Charity work

We understand the importance of work/life balance and aim to be flexible to the needs of employees. Through our social committee, we also make sure there are opportunities throughout the year for colleagues to relax and hang out with each other. Our Charity of the Year programme brings people together with fundraising events such as the Three Peaks Challenge and M25 cycle rides. Cake sales also remain a firm favourite.

The culture at CBW is one where all colleagues feel valued and confient that the firm wants to support them in their chosen career.
