Your work profile
As a Senior Manager in our Tax team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will:
- Take ownership of client engagements in respect of their Finance, Accounts and Payroll outsourcing needs, deliver SLAs and KPIs and develop sound business relationships.
- Lead deployment of latest technology solutions relevant to the BPS services and pursue continuous innovation to bring efficiencies in the operations and service offerings.
- Undertake business development initiatives by meeting and presenting service offerings to potential clients).
- Lead Client acquisition/ Team management.
- Ensure three-way link between Partner, other professionals, and clients.
- Actively mentor team members to maximize their contribution to achieve required outcomes.
- Assist in creating eminence in the market.
Desired qualifications
- CA / MBA / ICWA(CMA) with
- 7-10 years of working experience in a Financial Accounting role in a large organization
- Strong Technical knowledge
- Proficient with technology relevant to the BPS Services
- Analytical skills & conceptual clarity
- Eye for details & innovation thinking.
- Time and cost management skills
- Managing & leading team
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Location and way of working.
- Base location: Mumbai / Pune.
- This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
