About the Business

Deloitte China Tax and Business Advisory is the only Big Four practice that works As One across Greater China Region including the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan with nearly 2,000 tax people in 21 cities to advise and assist clients concerning tax and business issues. It is also a Tier One tax practice in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan (International Tax Review’s World Tax 2017)

Our approach assists businesses in improving the management, oversight, and control of their accounting, tax, and human resources processes through a flexible mix of in-house and external resources. We have accumulated valuable experience in outsourcing and co-sourcing services with which we are able to assist our clients develop customized financial and tax management plans based on their specific industries and operation models. Work you'll do

1. Participate in the whole technology trend of products and projects; participate in the design of system modules and system architecture; develop a clear technology R & D roadmap;
2. Responsible for product technology selection, technical scheme design and implementation; optimize platform / product system architecture, and promote product iterative optimization;
3. Analyze the optimization points of the display system, solve various difficult problems and bottlenecks;
4. Solve key architecture and technical problems in important projects, and be responsible for tackling and pre researching key technical difficulties in projects;
5. Provide feasible and forward-looking architecture scheme for the team;

1. Proficient in Java language, familiar with NodeJS, more than 5 years of java development experience, more than 2 years of architecture design experience;
2. Rich experience in design and implementation of high concurrency, high throughput and high stability system, practical experience in system reconstruction analysis, analysis and improvement, and capability in architecture design and implementation of large business system;
3. Familiar with distributed communication framework (Netty, Dubbo, NiO framework), distributed storage (fastDFS, HDFS, etc.), distributed cache (Memcached cluster, redis cluster), distributed transaction processing scheme;
4. Proficient in Oracle, MySQL processing mechanism and application scenarios, NoSQL redis, MongoDB, HBase, etc., and message middleware, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc;
5. Familiar with the design and application principle of distributed message middleware and file storage, capable of large data transfer and storage scheme design.
6. Familiar with high performance and high concurrency design schemes, such as full-text retrieval, message queuing, etc.; familiar with high availability system design schemes, such as service level up and down, current limiting, master-slave switching, etc;
7. Familiar with the configuration and use of commonly used load balancing middleware, understand its principle, and be able to design load scheme.
8. Proficient in Java system and ecology, such as Spring/Springboot/Springcloud framework, BS architecture application development, distributed software development architecture, multi-tenant design, SaaS platform architecture, etc;
9. Familiar with micro service and containerization technology, have their own opinions on container based micro service design.
