Your field of responsibility

Join us as a Operational Risk Controller in Group Finance. Your responsibilities includes monitoring of the Yearly attestation of Regulatory Reports as per the Global Regulatory Reporting Framework. You also have to ensure adherence to RRF policy being an administrator of GRS system by managing and updating it. You also participate in global and/or regional initiatives around RRF e.g. system and process enhancements via system testing and recommendations to IT Team. You support the reporting of RRF MIS through QLIK database. Your responsibilities also includes MIS of Quality Assurance process.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:
  • Business Analysis/ Data Analysis experience in IT projects
  • Experience in creating Test cases, setting up Test Strategy and Manual Testing.
  • Proactively identify issues and improvement, Track and coordinate with Business & IT team to get them remediated on time.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks concurrently along with the ability to work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented, logical reasoning and analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities and can work on own initiative whilst also delivering on time
  • Build strong working relationships and manage stakeholder/sponsor expectations
  • Conducting walk-throughs & demos with various IT and non-IT business partners and manage their expectations,
  • Experience in QLIK Sense, MS Excel (data analysis, Pivots, lookups, formulas) and macros are essential.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and apply learning quickly
  • Excellent team player, Problem solving skills, Time management – organizing and prioritizing work
