Job Description
Your field of responsibility

Join us as an Investor Relations Officer based in Zurich. Your main responsibilities will include working with the Investor Relations team with an initial focus on Debt Investor Relations. You will be involved in all aspects of Rating Agency coverage, including proactive outreach and engagement around earnings and announcements, leading the annual review process, and positioning Credit Suisse for ratings improvements.  You will be an integral part of devising European Debt Investor engagement strategy and maintain close dialogue with the accounts through conferences, roadshows and ad-hoc interactions.  You will participate in strategizing and preparation for Treasury issuances (including diligence calls and ratings process) to ensure seamless execution.  You will also be an integral part of the IR team around day-to-day activities including earnings process, ad-hoc communication, developing messaging, among others. Overtime your role will evolve to also include working on Equity coverage, including institutional investors and sell-side analysts. You will also help develop ESG Rating Agency strategy as more investors continue to focus on the ESG ratings.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • A university degree or an equivalent educational background; MBA and/or CFA desirable
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial industry or similar function
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language skills would be highly desirable 
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments and meet tight deadlines
