YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record/reconcile daily cash to the bank and prepare related journal entries;
- Prepare investor call/distribution calculations/notices and prepare related entries;
- Prepare management/carried interest fee calculations for review and book-related entries;
- Reconcile NAVs using investment capital statements and booking valuation entries;
- Accurate and timely preparation of client deliverables such as financial statements, investor statements, distribution notices, supporting schedules, related footnotes, and other ad-hoc reporting as required;
- Maintain investment/investor data within data platform;
- Leverage prior job experience (relevant accounting/industry experience);
- Supervise and mentor a team of Associate Fund Accountants and Fund Accountants, as well as train new employees;
- Administer, report, review, and understand industry standards;
- Respond to auditor queries;
- Prepare, review, analyze, and interpret accounting records, financial statements, footnotes, or other financial report to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards for audit reports;
- Perform self-reviews of work to ensure attention to detail;
- Develop leadership skills by demonstrating a willingness to lead projects and offer input;
- Review documents to ensure compliance with client agreement(s).
YOUR PROFILE:
- Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Economics;
- Working towards your professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA);
- Knowledge and experience in closed-end fund administration is an advantage;
- Up to 3-5 years relevant experience within the field;
- High level of IT literacy with strong Excel and Word skills.

Monthly salary gross: starting from 2800 EUR. The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and itnerview results.
