Join our growing team in Vilnius as a Fund Accounting Manager - Private Equity!

As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Alter Domus’ world-class suite of integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients.

Your future responsibilities:

As a Manager of the Private Equity Fund Accounting team, you will be accountable for ensuring all client requirements are met, acting as a centralpoint of contact for the Alter Domus US based service team and your clients, anticipating their demands, identifying and remediating issues and accurately measuring potential risks and identifying solutions to maintain a relentless focus on client service and quality. Specifically, you will:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the account;
  • Be responsible for the financial monitoring of the client portfolio;
  • Be accountable for the production of client reporting and the checking of Fund NAV reports. This includes reviewing and overseeing the work done by members of the team;
  • Be accountable for the coordination and validation of all work delivered by the team;
  • Assist in the design and implementation of systems and process to meet changing client needs;
  • Lead on internal fund projects and work closely with the fund administration and IT systems teams to provide fund servicing;
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in the US to provide regular updates on the status of reports and projects and team performance KPI.

Your profile:

What we’ll look for on your CV:

  • You are a qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) and/or you have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar;
  • 7+ years of years of relevant professional experience;
  • Strong understanding of investments within Private Equity;
  • Experience with reviewing accounting entries for various fund structures (cash, investments, intercompany, credit facility, accruals, valuations, management fees, NAV calculations)
  • Understanding of multiple vehicle structures including parallel, co-investor, blocker, feeder, and holding company structures would be advantageous;
  • You will be experienced in managing a team (including fully/partly qualified accountants) in a client-facing Fund Accounting/Administration role;
  • You possess the ability to learn new accounting systems quickly and can multitask, working on multiple client and/or fund deadlines
  • You are an advanced Excel user, able to use complex formulas and pivot tables;
  • You have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • You can use the experience you have acquired in the past as well as excellent organizational skills and sound judgment to manage the team and prioritise tasks;
  • You demonstrate good listening skills which you will be able to apply to the management of the team and will contribute to overall team development, retention and performance.

Monthly salary: from 3400 Eur Gross, the final offer will depend on the level of competencies and interview results.
