Arranging for payroll and associated payment runs, by either EFT or BPAY and co-ordinate with authorised personnel to authorise them.
Preparation of payment vouchers for accounts payable and payroll related payments and maintaining cash position.
You will have the full responsibility of a client account and as thus will act as the main liaison and point of contact for all matters.
Data entry of sales invoices, purchase invoices, purchase/sales orders, credit/debit memos, employees expense reimbursements.
Provide a high level of client service, and be the first point of contact in relation to all accounting & tax queries for an allocation of clients.
