As part of the team of diverse and supportive professionals, the main tasks are concerned with the development, enhancement and execution of Internal/Regional/Global reports for Citi’s EMEA and APAC consumer markets.

Credit MIS reporting is used across Citigroup to monitor and evaluate portfolio risk performance, and to fulfil regulatory reporting requirements.


In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:

  • lead the development, implementation and maintenance of global/regional/country reporting
  • work with key global, regional and country stakeholders to plan, map, develop and generate required credit reporting datasets
  • streamline and automate credit risk reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • work closely with countries to develop and implement any new regulatory or other credit risk reporting requirements
  • ensure that all procedural documentation and controls are in place and updated, including program narratives
  • provide technical assistance to other members of the team and other MIS functions
  • support the team by producing monthly / quarterly feeds and investigate / resolve identified data quality issues

Ideal background:

  • university degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of work experience in MIS reporting, risk or analytics function
  • ability to manage, operate, develop and handle inputs / outputs to / from Datawarehouse through SQL and/or SAS
  • in-depth understanding of business financial performance drivers and the impacts of credit performance on business results
  • familiarity with data modelling, credit policies and their impact to MIS reporting
  • good knowledge of regulatory reporting
  • organizational and project management skills
  • excellent communication skills in English
