Job Description

We are looking for Analysts in the International Accounting unit who will report to the Team Leader and will be able to handle a portfolio of client in different sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Does accurate posting of sales and purchases invoices and reconcile bank transactions on Quickbooks and other accounting platforms
  • Delivers high quality management and statutory accounts.
  • Ensures all day to day matters required to be completed are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Works closely with clients to ensure that accounting records are accurate and transactions and activity within the portfolio are understood and incorporated into the disclosures as appropriate.
  • Manages the account payables cycle and extract listings as and when requested by the clients.
  • Liaises with clients to ensure efficient delivery of output and meet client service expectations.
  • Ensures policies and procedures of the Company are adhered to.
  • Is aware of risk exposure and promptly escalate issues arising to other members of the Management team.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • At least 1 year experience in Auditing and/or Accounting
  • Good knowledge of International Accounting Standards and UK GAAP
  • Good Analytical and problem solving skill

Qualifications

HSC Holder with ACCA/ACA qualification in progress or equivalent / Degree Holder

Skills

  • Proven ability of expressing technical and complex issues, both in writing and orally
  • Flexible and able to work across several different time zones in order to meet client demands.
  • Being proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to manage within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction
  • Anticipating and addressing clients concerns and escalating problems as they arise.
  • Attention to details.
  • Complements formal training with self-learning.
  • Has a proactive mindset.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and ability to interact with client.
