Maintain record of day to day expenses and control day to day accounting, check employee expense reports for reimbursements, bank reconciliation statements
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to approval.
Manage bills payable and charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/ expense reports and recording entries.
