In this role, you will be responsible to leading compliance framework crafted for HR Shared services and project manage critical audit controls. Ensure smooth flow of the execution in global locations. This position is responsible for accuracy & efficiency of final compliance report-out.
Responsibilities
- Lead Compliance Program Implementation in conjunction with Operations and other Functional Leads.
- Run Metrics measurement on Process Controls, risk assessments & report out to management.
- Study process documents, controls for applicability and correctness.
- Program handles critical SOX audit controls
- Partner with management/regions to resolve appropriate remediation steps and ensure corrective action is carried out
- Set Governance difficulty - Regular status update and review with Genpact leadership
- Provide compliance training / coordinate awareness initiatives on risk and compliance issues, policies and procedures.
- Should be responsible to front end the discussions relating to compliance issues
Minimum qualifications
- Graduation from a Recognized University (Commerce graduate preferred)
- Relevant work exp. preferably in HR and or any other people function area
- Compliance Approach - Demonstrates initiative and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Project management skills and presentation skills - Excel, Power point
- Positive relationship leadership skills - ability to work with cross functional and cross regional teams
- Excellent communication - verbal and written
- Excellent analytical skills and innovative mind
- Knowledge/Experience in Risk, Audit or Compliance
