As a Manager in our Transformation Assurance team, you will have an opportunity to help our clients in transforming their business by effectively delivering change.
You will:
- Help our clients gain confidence that the programs and projects are set up for success
- Be a trusted advisor for our clients, and provide pragmatic and actionable advice
- Help proactively identify and mitigate risks and course-correct when required
- Ensure that focus is on outcomes (and not just outputs) and the intended benefits will be delivered
- Gain experience working with key clients operating in dynamic project environments while you build your assurance skill set through on-the-job mentoring
About you
We are looking for candidates who ideally have a background in project/program management, delivery or assurance.
Key skills and experience:
- You have a background in project/program management; leading Project Management Offices or business analysis and are skilled in proactively identifying project risks.
- You enjoy working through complex problems, understanding the root causes of issues, and getting into the details.
- You are a great team player and enjoy collaborating with your teams and clients.
- You have experience in building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- You have a track record of effectively coordinating across teams to deliver the desired outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple engagements, coaching junior members of teams to develop both technical and professional skills.
- You have experience in writing reports/presentations/papers for the management.
- Understanding of client engagement management in a professional services setup is desirable (but not a must-have).
