About the role
There is an opportunity to join Gallagher and work on a Digital Implementation project. This role will see you providing all round business analyst support, working closely with the Project Manager and project team. You will be working cross functionally with our vendors, business stakeholder and local I.T to deliver solutions for our clients.
We are seeking an experienced business analyst to focus on the following key areas:
  • Provide business and systems support including defect triaging and management
  • Document and management of requirements as well as implement other activities such as testing, process mapping and business support
  • Cross functional management of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Project co-ordination & delivery of key initiatives
About you
  • Insurance industry experience, highly desirable
  • Min 3 years BA experience
  • Understanding of Agile or other project methodologies
  • Advanced MS Office, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • JIRA/Confluence experience, desirable
