Azets is one of the fastest growing accounting firms in the UK and we are looking for a driven individual to join the Azets family, leading on the growth of their given region, by identifying nurturing and delivering on new sales opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding on the outstanding relationships that Azets has with it’s customers. This sales focused role is essential to the business’ ambitious growth plans. Sound like an interesting challenge?

This is a new role and we are looking for two individuals. One to cover our NW offices north of Manchester and a second for Manchester and Stockport.

Working extremely closely with the Local Office Managing Partners and Regional leadership team, the ideal individual will have experience contributing to an overall growth plan for their region, supporting the development of innovative strategies to achieve growth objectives and annual targets. It is essential that you can demonstrate outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, not only to business partner senior figures within Azets, but also to educate, coach and upskill the existing workforce to adopt a greater commercial awareness on behalf of Azets. Interacting with the wider Azets family will also play a pivotal role within this position as you will be working with the regional marketing teams to support events, marketing initiatives and follow up activities to maximise ROI within the region.

It is envisaged that you will generate new business introductions whilst also managing/supporting and driving the sales performance of a number of NW Offices.

In order to be successful within this post, the individual must be able to demonstrate experience within a sales leadership role, not only achieving excellent sales results but supporting and developing those around them to do the same. You will ideally be familiar with Salesforce software, adopt a proactive work style and utilise first class communication and management skills.
