Report Automation Specialist

You will:

• Simplify, automate and enhance our current reports and create new dashboards to support the changing business environment
• Deliver on the firm's Finance Digital Transformation initiatives by exploring and leveraging available dashboarding and automation tools
• Manage the transition to new reporting tools (Cognos), collaborating with other Finance teams and IT in development of technical enhancements and actual implementation
• Develop a detailed understanding of Morgan Stanley's product lines and structure in order to better support report transformation projects

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint user (VBA knowledge is an advantage)
• Experience with BI reporting and/or data visualization tools (such as Alteryx, Tableau, Cognos)
• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills, ability to deal effectively across functions, levels and locations
• Good team skills - ability to work effectively with colleagues to meet a common goal
• Good time and task management skills with an ability to adapt to meet demanding deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changing environment quickly and effectively
