ACCA Accounts Assistant

• Ensuring sales data is accurately captured by the sales systems
• Maintaining sales reporting systems and producing reports as required
• Receipting and reconciling customer invoices and payments with various degrees of complexity
• Managing the quality of the data stored in the sales register
• Assisting the commercial managers with customer account reconciliations
• Investigate billing discrepancies and raise customer queries direct with energy suppliers
• Working with the Commercial Director and Commercial Team to produce key reports to aid them in making decisions to drive business forward
• Working in conjunction with energy suppliers to build relationships to overcome issues and working towards improving processes
• The ability to understand complex supplier schemes and use that knowledge in spotting discrepancies by suppliers
• Chasing up overdue invoices and ensuring that aged debtors are kept to a minimum
• Running month end reports within tight deadlines and ensuring accurate first time

£26,500 salary + £1,500 bonus!
