Description

Directly reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be wholly responsible for:

As the team is well-established and the business operates smoothly, the role is expected to give a challenging and fun feelings for the right candidate.

- Ensure smooth monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and efficient finance GL operation, perform reconciliation (e.g. Sales, Bank, SAP vs. HBS etc.) to ensure the account correctness;

- Prepare Journal Entries for daily operation and monthly closing

- Complete monthly tax reconciliation /monthly filling

- Support all financial audits including internal & external

Profile

We are looking for a proactive candidate with experienced GL accounting skills. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

- 2 year finance accounting working experience in relevant industry would be ideal for this role

- 2 years' experience would be a minimum for you to take on the role ASAP

- Good command of both spoken & written English

- SAP user, logical & clear communication skills
