Your field of responsibility

Join us as an IT Auditor within our cutting-edge audit function, where you will have opportunities to execute, supervise and monitor audits to ensure efficient and high quality audit execution. This is an opportunity to shape audit planning and fieldwork and to present findings to senior management in collaboration with the Audit Manager, while supporting more junior staff to develop the value and insight they provide. This role also involves direct interaction with the Bank’s senior management connected to your audits, where you will be encouraged to act as a trusted partner and use your independence and influencing skills to support the improvement of the Bank’s risk and control environment.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for: 

  • At least three years of work experience relating to audit, ideally relating to risk and control, such as IT general computer controls, or Information Security. Experience within the financial industry is advantageous. Ideally, you hold an undergraduate degree, one or more IT audit certifications (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CIA) and have an interest in Financial Services.
  • You can contribute with your extraordinary analytical skills and precision in delivery, which when paired with an understanding of emerging IT trends and regulatory topics sets you apart
  • Solid understanding of risk and how controls can mitigate those risks while being commercial.
  • Solid understanding of technical principles around application, database, network and information security.
  • Solid experience in identifying risks and controls on related to technology supporting business processes.
  • Proven analytical skills and keen to collaborate with data specialists to shape audit tests and acquire relevant insights from data.
  • Good time management skills, proactiveness and precision in delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, [German would be an asset] and ability present information in a succinct and concise way.
  • Excellent skills in preparing audit documentation in accordance with industry and regulatory standards. This includes experience in writing and presenting issues for audit reports.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and time management skills enable you to quickly gain trust and deliver effectively towards deadlines. A positive, committed and engaged attitude while demonstrating a team spirit and partnership.
