Group CFO

Our client is a leading group in real estate, construction, energy & hospitality in Vietnam.

• Report to CEO
• Forecast and proactively manage cash flows
• Conduct analysis to improve business decisions based on managerial accounting
• Efficiently manage working capital
• Effectively communicate with the other department, sponsor, and board of directors.
• Drive the annual budget and mid-term business planning process by providing financial insights
• Supervise monthly/ Quartery/ Annually financial reporting
• Oversee the accuracy and integrity of both management and financial accounting systems
• Ensure timely compliance with tax and regulatory filing and respond to regulatory inquiries
• Continuously seek out, suggest and implement opportunities to improve processes
• Develop and train finance team to build a motivated, competent, and compliant finance function

Requirements

• 15 years+ with finance working experience
• Experience in consolidated financial statements preferred
• Pro-active, independent and a quick learner
• Excellent analytical and good conceptual skills
• Strong sense of ownership to deliver results in a timely manner
• Diligent work ethic to always act in good faith
• Strong leadership to engage other head of directors and staff members to solve problems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good understanding of the relationship between corporate strategy and financial control
