- Finance Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the preparation and publication of organization financial documents and reports.
- Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
- Understand the big picture while managing the day-to-day financial details.
- Review financial documentation to verify accuracy and adherence to acceptable financial principles.
- Predicting future financial trends.
- Developing, monitoring, and managing budgets at the group level.
- Analyze current finances and develop reports and analyses.
- Develop or recommend viable solutions for problems or situations.
- Communicate with banks and other government organizations in financial-related issues.
- Manage daily accounting and financial work.
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 2+ years experience in a financial management or Auditing firm position.
- Proven strategic planning experience at the management level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and financial management software.
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and management abilities.
