Finance Manager (Property and Construction)

This role you're going to be the left hand person of the Owner and will help her to oversee and build the finance team together.

Our client is specialises in the property and construction division and is seeking for good talents to join their business.

Description

• Supervise, review & provide guidance to subordinate on daily operation of the Accounts department.
• Person in charge for cash flow planning, trade facilities, banking facilities and Balance Sheet item reconciliation.
• Ongoing review, implementation & monitoring of the accounting & financial policies and procedures incorporating internal controls.
• To exercise discretion on Company information and safeguard Company's interest at all times.
• To report and highlight any irregularities, problems, and weakness and recommendation for improvement on any related issues.
• To prepare financial accounting and monthly management reports, financial budgets &forecast.
• Liaising with other external parties such as company secretary, auditor, lawyers and government authorities on related job matters. Liaising with bankers on funding requirements.

Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with good knowledge of accounting standards.
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in Property developer industry or construction Companies
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of Ms Office, IFCA system.
• A person with high initiative, drive and commitment and can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Offer

You will be leading the finance team and be a right hand person for the Owner. Good salary offered range from RM 10,000 - RM 15,000.
