We have a new opportunity for a talented Performance & Assurance Manager to join our team at our Local Government Partnership with Lincolnshire County Council. This is a fixed term opportunity for approx. 9 months.

As Performance and Assurance Manager you'll be accountable for the management and delivery of an efficient, effective, professional and comprehensive Performance and Assurance team. You'll be responsible for;
  • Contract governance and system controls across the partnerships programme through pro-active management, monitoring, improvement and controls
  • Providing an objective appraisal of all business activities, financial and otherwise and ensuring that an effective governance regime is in place to support the realisation of the contractual commitments and partnerships' deliverables
  • Managing third party and internal supplier relationships
  • Assisting the partnerships' leadership teams on the overall commercial performance of the partnerships' contracts
  • Ensuring that problems and incidents encountered across the business are dealt with in a consistent and effective manner
  • Ensure HSE management remains compliant

As a key member of the Senior Leadership & Management Teams you'll be an escalation point for key customers, as well as being responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with client leads, developing opportunities for improvement of services, ensuring our services are benchmarked and that strategic plans are in place for development of the services.

What you'll need to do the role:

If you have experience in a similar role along with sound demonstrable experience in the operation of complex assurance, performance and quality programmes, as well as Contract Performance Reporting and Governance Management, then we want to hear from you!

You should have experience with Benefits tracking and modelling ; Risk and Quality Management Systems ; Compliance and Conformance Audits and Assessments, including development of service development measures and plans ; Data modelling, Business Application, Data and Infrastructure architecture modelling; Performance, Risk and Quality Management Systems e.g. EFQM; Information Governance and Business Continuity and Disaster recovery (ideally with BS25999 experience).

We are also keen to hear from those who have a broader understanding of Supplier and vendor management; Transformation of business activities; Business and Service Governance; Performance Measurement and Management Indicators.
