About the Business

Deloitte China Tax and Business Advisory is the only Big Four practice that works As One across Greater China Region including the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan with nearly 2,000 tax people in 21 cities to advise and assist clients concerning tax and business issues. It is also a Tier One tax practice in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan (International Tax Review’s World Tax 2017)

Deloitte’s Business Process Solutions can help companies identify the unique approach by assessing operational effectiveness, identifying opportunities to enhance strategic insight and operational efficiencies, and developing an incremental path to improvement by leveraging alternative resource models. Our approach assists businesses in improving the management, oversight, and control of their accounting, tax, and human resources processes through a flexible mix of in-house and external resources. We have accumulated valuable experience in outsourcing and co-sourcing services with which we are able to assist our clients develop customized financial and tax management plans based on their specific industries and operation models. We aim to build a long-term relationship with our clients so that these plans can be improved for the benefit of their comprehensive management and decision making processes.

Work you'll do

• Manage the engagement team and provide one-stop shop accounting, tax and payroll services to clients, including but not limited to,, preparinge proposal, project planning and implementation
• 管理项目团队为客户提供会计，税务及薪酬等一站式服务，包括准备项目建议书，项目实施计划及实施
• Face to face meeting or conference call with client’s corporate finance department, tax department and HR to understand the clients’ service needs and requirements.
• 主持与客户的面对面（或电话）会议了解客户的服务需求及要求
• Assist clients in communication with government authorities to coordinate and facilitate to respond to the questions or challenges from the in-charge tax authorities.
• 协助客户与有关部门沟通，协调并促进解决客户所面临的复杂问题，如税务争议等。
• Provide sufficient support/training to the engagement teams and help team members learn and improve
• 为项目团队提供培训，帮助他们学习、提高
• Provide PRC tax and business advisory services to clients
• 向客户提供中国税务及商务咨询服务
• Attend accounting/tax seminar and give presentation to audience
• 参加会计/税务研讨会，并做演示

A fit for the role? Let's talk about you.

• Bachelor or above degree, major in accounting or taxation
• 本科及以上学历，主修会计或者税务专业
• At least have one qualification certificate, including but not limited to, CICPA, ACCA, or AICPA, CTA
• 至少拥有一项专业资格证书，包括但不限于，中国注册会计师、英国特许公认会计师，美国注册会计师，中国税务师证书
• Profound knowledge and ample experience on PRC accounting standards, IFRS (or US GAA), PRC tax laws and rules and payroll related regulations
• 拥有深厚的财务、会计、税务和薪酬的相关知识和丰富的经验
• Very experienced in ERP system implementation/operation like Oracle or SAP
• 非常熟练操作企业信息管理系统如Oracle、SAP等
• Excellent business writing skills in both English and Chinese and can complete the core technical components of all client deliverables (e.g. reports, proposals and presentations)
• 优秀的英语、中文商务写作技能，并完成服务交付成果的关键技术部分的撰写
• Effective quality and risk management on all engagements
• 对于各项目均能够高效的从服务质量和风险控制方面进行管理
• Strong business sense and marketing skill
• 对于潜在服务机会有较强的市场感知能力和市场推广能力
• Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational and leadership ability
• 卓越的督导、分析、组织和领导能力
