About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Enhanced Middle Office team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

• You will plan, control and oversee allocation and production of payment runs for  assigned clients in order to meet service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance targets related to invoice processing
• You will ensure invoices and other required documentation are collected on time and processed efficiently in according Company and Client procedures and policies
• You will foresee, schedule and ensure timely execution of various taxes and obligations held by assigned clients in order to avoid late payments
• You will oversee presentation to Signatories and return for processing process
• You will ensure the accuracy of purchase invoices as accessed for VAT and other regulatory matters
• You will check and authorize payment instructions in a timely and accurate manner
• You will ensure that all payment related documents and correspondence are stored in internal systems according to Company procedures and policies
• You will follow Transaction monitoring, Compliance, KYC and Payment security procedure in accordance to Company and Client policies
• You will administer electronic bank accounts
• You will continuously review and make recommendations for improvements to the existing payment process and procedures applied for assigned Clients in order to ensure delivery of high quality service in the most efficient way;

About You:

• You have a University degree or last year student in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics or similar.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
• You have accuracy and attention to details.
• You have very good communication skills and ability to multitask.
• If you have, an experience in an international environment would be an advantage.
