Financial Controller

Our client is looking for a Financial Controller to be fully responsible for accounting and costing functions. This position will be reporting directly to the General Director of the organisation in Vietnam.

Description

The tasks of this position is including the below, but not limited to:

Play a key role as an effective business partner with other departments in manufacturing and business system implementations. Manage the yearly and quarterly budget and forecast cycles, and steering the operation teams to achieving the annual operating plan or financial goals. Manage the monthly, quarterly and yearly operations review and management reporting process to corporate team. Oversee full sets of accounts and the preparation of annual reports according to local statutory requirements Assessing risks in new and existing deals, informing and educating stakeholders on such risks, getting involved in pricing decisions for new and existing clients Design efficient work processes and drive value creations by recommending creative and efficient business solutions.

Profile

• Degree in Accounting or Recognised Professional Accounting qualification. (CPA or equivalent qualification)
• Manufacturing background and ERP experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• 10 year's experience in F&A functions including 5 year's experience in managing a F&A team.
• Possess a commercial mindset
• Strong business partnering skill: the ability to communicate and influence other business heads on the decision making of the business
• Proactive, strong leadership, responsible
