As front-of-house, you will be the first face any visitors to the office encounter. You will project a professional image in-person and through phone interaction and provide general administrative support to a team of 10 professionals and our clients. The role requires a dynamic, organised and tech-loving individual. This role involves depth and breadth and your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Liaising with clients in the UK and abroad, by email and telephone
  • Typing letters, reports and professional documents
  • Maintaining statutory affairs, including company incorporations, dealing with related appointments, share issues…etc
  • Client on-boarding, maintaining client databases using software packages and disbursement management
  • Arranging for the payment of approved invoices on a monthly basis
  • Carrying out all reception duties, being the first point of contact for clients and handling post with the assistance of a PA
  • Electronically recording the receipt and return of clients’ records
  • Identifying delivery process improvement opportunities
