Financial Reporting Manager

Reporting directly into the CFO, the Financial Reporting Manager will be the key role in relation to communicating historic and forecast financial performance, to both external stakeholders and internally within ORCHA. Working alongside the other members of the finance team, this person will be responsible for initially developing and then producing high quality financial reports.

Description

• Key role in relation to communicating historic and forecast financial performance, to both external stakeholders and internally within ORCHA.
• Responsible for initially developing and then producing high quality financial reports. These will include monthly management packs, Board reports, pipeline analysis, cashflow forecasts and annual budgets.
• Working with external auditors and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Will also involve adding real commercial value to the business. By developing a suite of KPIs and other metrics, the analysis provided by this person will directly influence the decision-making process.
• This person will produce insightful commentary in relation to any variances as well as being able to analyse and interpret key trends.
• Opportunity to shape the financial reporting processes within the business
• There may also be a requirement to prepare consolidated financial information in future due to Orcha's planned growth.

Profile

• Qualified Accountant
• Quantitative and analytical; must be detail-orientated and able to spot errors and discrepancies in financial data quickly and accurately.
• Demonstrable communication skills, particularly written given that this role involves developing reports
• The ability to work well within a team and individually, using your initiative and autonomy
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking, often whilst having to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Excellent client-facing and Internal communication skills
• Problem solving skills, with the ability to be flexible in your approach to work
• A committed work ethic, with enthusiasm to develop your skills, and enquiring mind and a drive to learn
