Exciting opportunity for an immediately available Accounts Payable. Dynamic global company in the Media industry, based in London's West End.
Client Details
Global music publication company, spanning across Europe, Asia and USA. Looking for a part qualified Accounts Payable to join the team.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
* Process purchase invoices and expense claims
* Process requisitions and turn into POs
* Complete supplier statement reconciliations
* Deal with invoice queries from suppliers
* Staff expenses
* Processing of journals in relation to accounts payable
* Reconciling and analysing credit card and petty cash spend
* VAT analysis
* Bi-annual payment reporting preparation
Other ad-hoc tasks where required
Profile
The successful Accounts Payable :
* Immediately available
* Must be happy to travel to West End
* Be proficient in Excel
