Reporting to the CMD European Commercial Finance Director, this role is part of a remote working team supporting all activities of the CMD EMEA Commercial team, covering $600M of bookings and revenue. The candidate must have a strong team spirit and willingness to work together with our finance team.

Main Activities / Responsibilities:
- Support the calculation of commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions
- Be involved in the activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas
- Review commission reports for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in development and implementation of commissions software tools
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure the timelines and completeness of pay amounts
- Build and maintain meaningful and insightful analytics around sales compensation
- Monitor and analyze weekly sales and booking for instruments and consumables
- Help to generate and standardize financial reporting to drive solid business decisions and meet financial objectives
- Statistical and analytical data support for SFDC (Sales Force)
- Perform analysis and answer adhoc reporting requests
- Degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or related field
- Strong Excel skills including V lookups and Pivot tables
- Some analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Hands on team player
- Willingness to travel once restrictions allow
