  • To handle full set of company’s accounts and responsible for all aspects of accounting functions to ensure proper maintenance of accounting transactions
  • To carry out daily accounting duties including data transactions updating and payment processing
  • To prepare monthly financial statements, financial reports, group reporting and other reports as required to ensure in compliance with existing directives, law and regulations
  • To prepare financial and management accounting information, cash flow projections and budgetary control
  • To provide Management with monthly financial and operating reports to allow review of the company’s financial status
  • To prepare budgets, statutory accounts and schedules for audit purposes and tax computation for tax estimates
  • To ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly management report, financial analysis of performance and variances
  • To liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and etc.
  • To assist and participate in any ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • To handle general administration tasks
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in property/ construction development field is more advantageous
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Sound knowledge in SST is an added advantage
  • Computer literate. Candidates who are familiar with accounting system (AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel would be added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to write and speak in English / Malay / Mandarin (more advantageous)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to meet multiple tight deadlines
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport
  • Can immediate report to work
