Are you an established Corporate Finance Specialist, who has worked and built close relationships with key clients and played a pivotal role in growing your clientele?

Have you worked in a fast-paced environment, constantly communicating with both stakeholders and clients on multiple levels delivering excellent results?

You will be joining our well established corporate finance team, located in Glasgow, as our Corporate Advisor Manager.

Who are we looking for?

  • CA or ACCA qualified.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to self-review.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Business development and networking skills would be advantageous.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of report writing.
  • Proficient in the preparation and review of plans and key projections.
  • Financially due diligent on early-stage ventures and acquisition targets
  • Writing information memorandum documents for potential sales.

What does a day look like?

  • Preparing and reviewing business plans and financial projections.
  • Financial due-diligence on sales assignments, ventures, and acquisitions.
  • Pursuing funding for clients - meeting funders, completing applications, addressing queries, and agreeing terms.
  • Transactional duties – including management transaction processes.
  • Writing information memorandum documents for potential sales.
  • Presenting key information to Business Advisers, Universities, and internal staff.
  • Generating new business leads through networking and industry events.
