Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. This position will contribute to the development of a finance function and will report to the Financial Director.

What will you be doing?

• Preparing financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information;
• Building and managing financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources;
• Performing quantitative analysis of operational and financial data;
• Building budgets and forecasts of future company performance;
• Building and maintaining a corporate financial model that details the entire company’s operations and projects future performance;
• Performing ad hoc analysis for executives as required.

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or another related field;
• 1-2 years of experience in audit, consulting, financial controlling, etc.;
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (comfortable speaking and writing);
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets user;
• Result oriented and with structured thinking;
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.

What skills will come in handy?

• Financial qualifications in progress (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA, etc.);
• International certifications (IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT, etc.).
