The opportunity

EY's Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in Infor’s applications and technology space. Consultants in the Infor practice advise clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Our focus will be on helping our clients to implement technology to enable business and operational improvement.

Your key responsibilities

Individual will work as part of a team or individually to lead Finance workstream of Infor ERPCloudSuiteimplementation, providing proven expertise during implementation, upgrade or redesign projects. General requirements include hands-on experience with implementations and/or upgrades of the Infor Finance functional suite along with project leadership and subject-matter experience of modules within the suite (e.g., GL, AP, AR, CM).Position works directly with client providing hands-on leadership, process design, application configuration and build support, training, testing, problem resolution,go-live support and change management.

  • Lead Finance workstream of Infor ERPCloudSuiteimplementations including project estimation,initiation, planning, design, build and deploy phases
  • Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals
  • Lead the process to team with clients to understand current state processes and define future state business processes based on business objectives
  • Provide leadership in data migration activities from a finance business perspective
  • Configure applications according to requirements and design and lead and/or conduct required testing(e.g., Conference Room Pilot, System Testing)
  • Lead the adoption of Infor Implementation Accelerators and lead workshops to aid in design process
  • Lead the development of project documentation such as test scripts and training materials to support user adoption
  • Lead training activities such as training strategy and planning as part of the project training process
  • Provide post-go-live leadership,support and problem resolution
  • Manageconsultingresources and budget on client projects
  • Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (e.g.,scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, traininganddefining support procedures
  • Participation inprogram leadership, governance and change enablement
  • Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets and work plansbetween projects
  • Participate in other business development activities as appropriate(e.g., proposal presentations)
  • Continually pursue latest product features, functionality and technology innovations to stay current and add value to our projects
  • Flexibility and willingness to manage significant travel depending on time of year; must have a valid driver’s license

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS or related field
  • Deep understanding of financial and accounting processes including record to report, order to cash, procure to pay, period end close and financial reporting.
  • Five to seven years of related work experiencewith a minimum two plus years of Infor/Lawson Financials experience including full suite implementations and/or major upgrades of the following applications:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable/APIA
  • Accounts Receivable
  • cash management
  • FranchiseBilling
  • Close Management
  • AssetAccounting
  • Current knowledge of the InforCloudSuite(FSM) v11 preferred
  • Understanding of InforCloudSuitestandard reports
  • Minimum one full recent Infor/Lawson Financials implementation, version 10 or higher (full-life cycle to include: requirements gathering, business process design, testing, go-live and production support)
  • Experience supporting health care related clients/industry is preferred(e.g., Payers, Providers, Clinical Research)
  • Flexibility and willingness to manage significant travel depending on time of year; must have a valid driver’s license

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Master’s degree in or-FY22
