You'll be required to manage the end to end function of a company secretary for a non-PLC company.

Client Details

Our client is one of the large local conglomerate who is looking for a detailed oriented company secretary to join their business.

Description

  • Attend meetings and note down meeting minutes for all AGM
  • Appoint BOD and call for all AGM meetings schedules
  • Familiar with Companies Act and able to advise BOD on risk management
  • To assist the management in daily tasks.
  • To develop, maintain and review administrative systems to achieve maximum efficiency
  • To communicate positively and professionally with colleagues and clients
  • To be amiable, professional and approachable at all times
  • Any other duties commensurate with the accountability of the post

Profile

  • Preferably with 5 years working experience specializing in Secretarial, Personal Assistant or equivalent post.
  • Knowledgeable in Accounting or Legal is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, Good interpersonal skills, Dynamic, Computer literate and Able to work with all levels of people.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral and written.
