You'll be required to manage the end to end function of a company secretary for a non-PLC company.
Client Details
Our client is one of the large local conglomerate who is looking for a detailed oriented company secretary to join their business.
Description
- Attend meetings and note down meeting minutes for all AGM
- Appoint BOD and call for all AGM meetings schedules
- Familiar with Companies Act and able to advise BOD on risk management
- To assist the management in daily tasks.
- To develop, maintain and review administrative systems to achieve maximum efficiency
- To communicate positively and professionally with colleagues and clients
- To be amiable, professional and approachable at all times
- Any other duties commensurate with the accountability of the post
Profile
- Preferably with 5 years working experience specializing in Secretarial, Personal Assistant or equivalent post.
- Knowledgeable in Accounting or Legal is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality, Good interpersonal skills, Dynamic, Computer literate and Able to work with all levels of people.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral and written.
