Job Responsibility
Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial and management accounting duties which include full set of account, management reports, forecasts, budgets, cash flow, tax and audit.
- Review and implementing accounting and financial procedures and policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial policies, legislations
- Monitor and supervise day to day financial and accounting operations.
- Perform account reconciliation and generate financial reports.
- Liaison with external agents in matters relating to tax, audit, banking matters & etc.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance/ Accounting/ Business discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting/ financial management work, preferably from the property development/ construction industry
- Candidate with more experience may be considered for senior position
- Attention to detail - ensure all reports and tasks are accurate and on time
- Sense of urgency in completion on task
