Client Details
An interested Lancing based company are seeking a Part Time Assistant Accountant on a permanent basis. 24 hours per week over either 4 or 5 days. Hybrid working available too.
Description
As Part Time Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of VAT return
- Cash Flow reconciliation
- Bank reconciliations
- Sales Ledger processing / reconciliation
- Purchase Ledger processing / reconciliation
- Provide finance support to other teams
- Nominal ledger / Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Weekly supplier BACS payments
- Fixed Asset Register
- Raising expense payments
Profile
- Good level of reconciliation experience
- Good communication skills to liaise with other departments
- Understanding of Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Seeking part time hours, 24 per week over 4 or 5 days
- Hybrid working available
- Strong attention to detail
- Used a variety of accounting packages
