Description

  • Assist in preparing process workflows,
  • Participate in the audit process from beginning to end,
  • Audit the financial processes within the organisations in line with the Sarbanes Oxley framework i.e. purchase to pay, order to cash, and selected inventory processes in addition to auditing reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts,
  • Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls,
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Audit and other team members.

This position will require approximately 30% international travel to the United States and Europe.

During the weeks when not traveling, the role is split between remote working at home and being based at their UK offices located in Solihull.

Profile

  • 2:1 Bachelors degree in any discipline OR actively working towards an Accounting / Business Related qualification (AAT / ACCA etc.) - flexible for the right candidate
  • English and Maths GCSE Grade B or higher.
  • UK resident with the ability to gain a visa to travel to the US.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% (annually) to the US / Europe.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and progress within the organisation.
  • Demonstrate strong numerical skills and logical thought processes.
