As the Accounts Supervisor, you will report to the Group Head of Financial Processing. Looking for a confident self-starter who will deliver a quality accounts function and work closely with the wider business.

My client is a very well-established business, looking for an Accounts Supervisor to head up the team in Brighton.
Description
As the Accounts Supervisor, your role responsibilities will include:
- Receive and verify and process a high volume of invoices.
- Weekly reconciliation between the Sales and Finance systems.
- Manage the AP inbox and ensure all supplier queries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the product team.
- Prepare the payment run on a fortnightly basis.
- Ensure all payments are allocated and remittances produced.
- Reconciliation of corporate credit cards.
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Daily posting and reconciliation of customer receipts
- Daily reconciliation between the Sales and Finance systems
- Manage the chargeback and refunds process in conjunction with the customer experience team
- Day to day management of the small team, managing work load and output
- Ensure all weekly reporting is accurate and communicated to senior management on a timely basis
- Recommend improvements to processes, controls and own the implementation of them.
- Manage month end process and reporting
- Review and prepare supplier changes made on Sage
- Verify that all transactions comply with the financial policies and procedures
