工作内容

As Michael Page Permanent Recruitment Consultant You Will:

• Manage your own portfolio of both new and existing candidates and clients
• Become a market expert in order to provide advice and career guidance to candidates
• Network to accrue business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
• Partner with clients to grow their business by developing and delivering solutions for attracting candidates
• Utilize multiple online resources to source and screen potential candidates
• Manage all elements of the interview process from beginning to final stages

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Good Communication in English and Mandarin
• Open to experienced technology sales/ presales/ Project management background talents, who share the passion in working closely with people
• Or experienced recruiters, who has the passion for technology/ internet/innovation/ digital transformation field
• Interested or experienced in a fast paced, sales oriented environment
• Self starters with a track record of achievement and the desire to build a career
• Outgoing personalities and willing to win
• Able to think strategically, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
• Articulate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence others
