Proposal Function

  1. Authors, edits, proofreads, organizes content for business proposals and technical documents.
  2. Provide written contributions consistent with proposal strategy and themes to deliver responses to RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and Task Order proposal requests.
  3. Writes and edits proposal for readability, consistency, and appropriate tone.
  4. Collaborates with management team to develop past performance proposal strategy, solutions, and themes that support the win strategy.
  5. Analyzes data to ensure relevancy of past performance to current requirements.
  6. Describes clear, measurable benefits to highlight relevant past performance on similar contracts will produce results for the customer.
  7. Responsible for editing and proofreading of proposal drafts and other related materials to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency with firm guidelines and standards and client requirements.
  8. Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval.

Advisory engagements

Assists in ongoing advisory engagements. These range from financial to non-financial in nature.

Corporate Communications

  1. Assists in developing, producing and writing articles/training material for firm internal circulations, memos.
  2. Proofreads and maintains communication content on firm Websites.
  3. Researches and arranges speaking engagements for Continued Professional Development Activities within the firm

Reasoning Ability

  1. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and sometimes involved written or oral instructions.
  2. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
