Financial Reporting Manager role for a PE backed Global Business
I am working with a market leading global business in Altrincham who are looking to hire a Financial Reporting Manager in to their group finance team. This company have PE investment and offers tailored solutions to it's customer base which allows them to a the forefront of their market.
The Financial Reporting Manager reports in to the Group Financial Controller and will be an integral part in the production and timely delivery of the monthly management reporting. Direct line management of a team of three. Working with the wider group and regional finance teams to ensure integrity of the financial information reported. Oversight of the Group costs entity, including review and sign off bi-weekly payment runs and ad hoc payments. Review and sign off VAT return. Responsible for ensuring all entities are accurately consolidated into the monthly management accounts and providing support on technical accounting issues (under IFRS) to all entities across the Group.
You will need to ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified who has either qualified within practice and/or have prior experience of working with in a group finance function. You will need to have excellent technical knowledge, be confident in dealing with complex technical accounting issues. Strong Excel skills, ability to deal with large volumes of data and produce high quality analysis are key too. You will need to an excellent communicator, both written and verbally and be able to lead a high performing team.
You will get a salary of up to £55,000 with a good benefits package including a bonus and 25 days annual leave. You will add value within a good technical role that its a key part of the finance function. They have a hybrid working policy where you will be in the office 2-3 days a week.
