Structure Maintenance Analyst

Job Description

You will:

• Create and update reporting structure for Infrastructure Services area
• Perform monthly tasks such as running reports and updating various system data
• Work with HR, Tax, Legal Entity controllers and Business Partners
• Handle requests and queries from internal parties
• Take part in various global and regional projects
• Identify and implement opportunities for process streamlining and standardization

Qualifications

You have:

• At least 2-3 years working experience in a similar field
• At least BSc degree
• Good communication skills
• Strong English skills
• Knowledge of basic Excel functions
• Strong attention to details

Team profile:

Financial Planning and Analysis team is part of a global team located in Budapest. Currently there are 60 colleagues working in the department locally. We are the Structure Maintenance team preparing the structure frame and cost centers for internal reporting as well as ensuring that GL and HR data are in sync. We are in contact with all Infrastructure Services areas globally. We update and create the reporting structure following monthly deadlines and other criteria
