As part of the Financial Services Organization Technology Consulting Program (FSO TCP), you will focus exclusively in financial services and will have the opportunity to serve leading investment banks, retail and commercial banks, insurers and investment managers. You will develop core consulting skills through a combination of learning, coaching and varied account and engagement experiences.

As an FSO TCP professional, you will help our clients in areas such as:

  • Data and analytics – Help our clients manage the collection, storage, use and quality of data and enable information intelligence to meet business needs across finance, risk and operations. Areas of focus include business intelligence, data analytics, data quality and governance as well as data management.
  • Technology enablement and delivery – Help our clients assess and improve how technology enables business in an effective and efficient manner. Areas of focus include evaluation of vendor applications, implementation services and technology infrastructure / architecture across areas such as risk management, finance, compliance, and operations.
  • IT transformation - Help our clients simplify the IT environment for a growth agenda, align IT with business strategy, improve business value delivery with globally integrated IT services and translate complex business problems into implementable technology solutions. Areas of focus include infrastructure and operations, strategy and architecture, transformation and integration and performance technology such as cloud computing and digital.
  • Information / Cyber security – Assist our clients with the design, build, management and operations of industry-leading security programs to maintain a high-performance business environment. Areas of focus include enterprise security management, threat and vulnerability management, identity, and access management as well as data privacy and protection.

When you join our Technology Consulting practice as a staff, you're a part of our Consultant Development Program. Each individual experience will vary but through this program you'll be provided learning opportunities, technical competency training, and coaching to develop core consulting skills.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Growing lasting relationships with our clients and understanding their unique ambitions and needs to deliver reliable, tailored advice
  • Gathering information to perform root cause analysis, providing recommendations, and supporting with business case development as needed
  • Monitoring progress, managing risks and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
  • Having a strong focus on building a reputation as an authoritative expert in your area by constantly updating your understanding of current business and industry trends
  • Taking full responsibility for tasks including consistent self-review of work to identify and improve an approach for producing high quality work products, while working under supervision
  • Constantly considering, sharing, and implementing new ways to improve our products and processes

  • Qualifications.
    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant business discipline: MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, IT Security, Engineering, Operations Research, Accounting or Finance (with a specific concentration in MIS), Information systems, Information Technology, Technology Risk, Computer Engineering or related technology disciplines.
    • Desire to work in consulting demonstrated by relevant course work, interest or internship experience
    • The flexibility and willingness to travel as well as work in excess of standard hours when necessary
    • The understanding that travel is an essential function of the job and is estimated at 80%
    • Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
    • Willingness and ability to learn and work independently with minimal supervision
    • Demonstrated project management, teaming, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
    • Integrity within a professional environment
    • A driver's license valid in the U.S
