Job Description & Summary

A career in our Deals Sourcing Platform practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you with the opportunity to access extensive financing and acquisition deals leads collected from PwC’s professional network and to share with our clients. Upon joining, you will work closely with top management of companies to analyse their needs of financing as well as experienced investors from top-level private equity, venture capital, and large entrepreneur groups, to understand their investing appetite, to share comments and insights of the industry, and refer suitable deals leads to them.

You will have a chance to build your own business network and to maintain good relationship with current and potential clients. You will be a part of making deals happen by referring suitable investors to the company, and during this process, to help create service opportunities and bring in revenue streams to all lines for PwC.

Responsibilities

As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
• Prepare deliverables
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
• Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand
