Senior Manager/Manager, Projects (Procurement)

Note that this is a 3-years renewable full-time contract role

Responsibilities

• Involved in the procurement duties for Projects team
• Provide the Projects team and other relevant business units with procurement related advice for the administering of RFQ/RFP submissions and evaluation of tenders as part of award decision
• Understanding and work closely with the assigned business units on project tender strategies, supplier selections and tender conduct, including the review of internal approval documents to management
• To achieve yearly KPIs aligned with business objectives for compliance to internal controls, project timelines and cost effectiveness

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement/ Sourcing/ Quantity Surveying, preferably in Facilities Management, Construction or other engineering environment
• Familiar with Tender Management & Project Management
• Self-starter, resourceful and entrepreneurial independent individual
• Strong team player with good problem solving and communication skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Excellent and proven negotiation skills, strategic mindset with hands-on attitude and uncompromised integrity and business ethics
