You will be part of the Tax Transformation & Governance team providing a cycle of iterative improvements for clients and other KPMG's tax services. This includes developing digital products to improve effectiveness and efficiency, tapping on potentially new markets and ultimately provide solutions that help to achieve business' goals.

In this role, you will work in a cross-functional team and be involved in analysing and evaluating user needs and applicable business systems to support the Tax functions and clients. You will get to create new products or services, or redesign current ones, to meet the evolving demands of the customers and internal stakeholders. You will also play a part in exploring innovative ways to drive the successful adoption of these solutions, with the end goal of grooming yourself to become a successful Product Owner.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Determine business objectives by understanding how the business functions
  • Analyse complex problems to share and create innovative solutions to solve prevalent problems
  • Defining scope and objectives and formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements, while also translating and simplifying them for technical teams
  • Lead and manage projects from requirements, design, testing till the implementation phases
  • Design and execute test cases based on requirements
  • Train and communicate to end users as part of product delivery
  • Support post go live activities by enhancing existing products and raising change requests


Skills and Experience
  • have minimum 2-3 years of recent related experience within the accounting, software, technical, consulting or similar industries
  • preferably have some experience or knowledge in using project management tools and software
  • preferably have sound knowledge and experience of various product development life cycles; or some prior experience in design / build of business-related models
  • possess the ability to multi-task and prioritise based on multiple job requirements
  • possess the ability to think critically and solve problems in a creative and logical manner
  • demonstrate the ability to organise, coordinate, and execute on details
  • demonstrate a growth mindset and an attitude to continually strive for better ways to redesign work processes
  • have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and take on responsibility that might be outside the scope of your current skills
